Pineapple Bread















  Time to prepare the broth: 10 minutes


  Time of cooking on the fire: 20 minutes




                                       Ingredients:


2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (or the smell of pineapple)
1 cup pineapple cans (or fresh)
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or any other type of nuts).




Preparation and cooking:


Beat eggs well and add the oil and sugar while still whipping up the good overlap of all components
Mix the flour with Albekenj powder and vanilla, and add flour mixture to the mixture with stirring, the former.
Add the pineapple after being cut small pieces, and add grated cheese and walnuts small pieces with a good mix all ingredients until homogeneous
Pour the mixture into a greased rectangular mold toast
Tell the oven temperature to 180 ° C to mature
  Leave to cool completely before cutting
